Apple recently published demos in html5 css3 and javascript to promote its web browser Safari.
Well, Mr Jobs, those demo are running under Android 2.2 froyo beta.
On a PC (I'm on seven 64 bits IE8) Apple kindly invite you to dowload Safari when you try to watch any of the video :
If you're not on Mac or are not using Safari, you can not enjoy the latests web standards !
Well...Actually, you can.
I went to see those demo with my Nexus One Froyo ^-^ !
On Safari PC :
Nice little effect for those nice images.
On Nexus One Froyo :
It works too..Either you click on "Prev" or "Next" images are still sliding with this nice little effect !
You can see it here.
We are not on Mac, we are not even using safari or iPhone, nor are we using an iPad and this Apple promotion dedicated website is still working. God Damn it !
On Safari PC :
with the mouse you can make the iPad turn, it's very nice, no lagging.
On Android 2.2 :
same thing !
A big thank to Apple for having involuntarily given us (Android users) demo of html5 css3 and Javascript to test our future Froyo web browser (WebKit) !
Thank you to Didier Girard for his tweet.
